* Departure from Cairo and Alexandria on the evening of 27 January 2027.
Accommodation in double rooms, including breakfast and lunch.
* The symposium provides a tourism program covering cultural and sightseeing attractions.
Visits to the Temple of Amun, the salt lakes, and Fatnas Lake.
* Visits to the Mountain of the Dead and Shali Fortress.
Great Sand Sea Safari (optional, for an additional fee).
* Visit to Al-Gara Village—the most isolated village in the world (optional, for an additional fee).
The symposium provides materials and tools for workshops.
* Media coverage.
* Closing ceremony and exhibition of workshop creations.
* The symposium retains one artwork produced by each artist during the workshops.
Participation fee for Egyptian artists: 10,000 EGP (double room).
* Single room supplement: 3,000 EGP.
Participation fee for non-Egyptian artists with residency: 12,000 EGP.
(Double room).
* Participation fee for non-Egyptian artists: $400 (double room).
Single room supplement: $100.
* To book, a 50% deposit of the participation fee is required. Return departure: Morning of 3 February 2027.
