A Journey Through the Nation's Memory: Join Us for the Opening of "Portrait of Egypt" Exhibition

Can a single piece of art tell the story of a nation? The Fine Arts Sector, headed by Dr. Mahmoud Hamed, will open the doors of Aisha Fahmy Palace in Zamalek on Tuesday, June 30th at 6:00 PM, to take you on an exceptional visual journey through the "Portrait of Egypt" exhibition.

Here, you will not only see paintings and sculptures, but you will experience pivotal moments in Egypt's history through rare artistic treasures gathered from 11 museums and cultural sites, brought together for the first time in one place. This is a rare opportunity to see the works of renowned artists—from Hamed Nada and Seif Wanly to Gazbia Sirry and Ahmed Nawar—as they reshape our history from the 13th century to the present day, in an experience that blends documentation, photography, and artwork to tell the story of a nation.

Don't miss the chance to be part of this extraordinary event. We look forward to seeing you as we revisit the visual memories that have shaped our national consciousness. We would also be delighted if you could share your own special moments with history by sending us your photos through our social media pages. We await your participation in this visual event that documents our will.
