Group Exhibition of Visual Arts Students at the Egyptian-Chinese University

The Diaa Gallery in Mohandessin will host the opening of an exhibition of works by students from the Faculty of Arts and Design at the Chinese University, graduates of the "Exhibition Organization" course at the Arab Atelier for Culture and Arts, at 7:00 PM this Wednesday.

The visual arts students from the Chinese University are participating in the exhibition with their artwork, following a 15-day training program at Diaa Gallery under the guidance of art critic Hisham Qandil, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Atelier for Culture and Arts, and renowned artists Professor Dr. Reda Abdel Salam, Head of the Syndicate of Visual Artists Tarek El-Komy, Dr. Sami El-Balshy, Dr. Hassan Ghanem, and Mohamed Nawar.

The exhibition features the works of 35 young artists, all university students: Rofida Mazen Abdullah, Liqaa Hassan Fathallah, Hala Mohamed Ahmed, Omar Nasser Hesham, Rawan Ahmed Adel, Basant Mahmoud Mohamed, Jana Aliwa Sayed, Noura Mohamed Mohamed, Rody Tamer Youssef, Nouran Yahya Abdel Azim, Yara Hany Amin, Mariam Wagdy Tadros, Menna Mohamed Hassan, Farida Islam Hamza, Mahmoud Ehab Mahmoud, Habiba Ayman Mohamed, Lamia Gomaa Ali, Malak Mohamed Abdel Moneim, Farah Amr Mohamed, Jana Essam El Din, Malak Ayman Fathy, Malak Emad Ibrahim, Sarah El Sebaei Ibrahim, Mirna Mohamed Kamel, Maram Khaled Ghaeb, Habiba Hatem Abdel Momen, Salma Ahmed Salah, Nada Mahmoud El Sayed, Zeinab Hamdy Mohamed, Rita Amher Farid, Nour Haitham Mohamed, Rawan Walaa El Din, Nahed Mohamed Mounir, Robin Raymond, and Zeina Hazem.

Art critic Hisham Qandil stated that the Arab Atelier for Culture and Arts will announce tomorrow the details of a cooperation protocol with the Chinese University, represented by Professor Dr. Abdel Rahman Ragab, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, and Professor Dr. Phoebe Saeed Fahmy, Head of the Visual Arts Department at the Faculty of Applied Arts.

The exhibition will also witness tomorrow the awarding of training certificates from the Arab Atelier to 35 students who completed the "Science of Organizing Art and Visual Arts Exhibitions" course. These students represent a new generation of young visual artists. The schedule for upcoming courses to support the skills of young artists at the university will also be announced.
